The Deba knife is a traditional Japanese knife, ideal for filleting fish.

Made from stainless steel, it is easy to maintain.

This knife is single-edged.

It is in near-unused condition. While there are minor scratches and some darkening due to storage, the knife remains in excellent condition.

It has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
