Dedicated 15 AMP Electrical Circuit Required (For Sink Pump)
Set up a portable hand washing station without plumbing! Encourage hand washing habits and help keep everyone healthy while meeting licensing requirements. Water is heated by the tankless, on-demand water heater. The water pump has a flow rate of up to half a gallon per minute. The tank for the non-potable clean water holds five gallons while the waste water tank holds six gallons. There is a catch tray under the tanks. Mistake-proof connectors means the clean and waste water tanks cannot be inadvertently switched. Plastic and Stainless Steel sinks are approximately 5" deep. Power switch inside the cabinet and openings for cord management. NOT AVAILABLE IN CANADA. FDA - Plastic top and non-potable, clean water container are made from FDA approved plastic NSF - Faucet, Water Heater, Pump, tubing and all connections are certified to NSF standards ADA - Faucet is ADA compliant UL/ETL - All electrical components are UL or ETL listed Heavy-duty, locking casters for mobility Coin-locked doors

More work than it’s worth
It was great quality and the weight was nice, but it was odd having the open bottom and no spout to dribble into a cup when making an espresso. It was difficult to get the wire tool out of the end of the handle, making it difficult to use. I was not that impressed and it’s quite expensive.

Quality and Function
Looks like a silly little thing, I am not a coffee enthusiast. But it does exactly what it is supposed to do and with high quality. The device (a stretch to call it that) is made of sturdy materials including the needles. They give you two different thicknesses of needles, one for expressi (0.3) and one set for coffee grinds (0.4). Each comes wth some spares. The stand is well designed and keeps grinds from spreading all over. It is very elegant design. I use this with a dosing funnel on my portafilter. Not the cheapest one could buy but well worth the money.

Perfect WDT tool
Best WDT I’ve found. Love that it includes 0.3mm needles (as I’ve found that 0.4mm needles push the grounds around too much), and the stand is very clever. It knocks off the residual grounds on the needles and is easy to use. As far as WDT tools go, I can’t imagine anything better.
