On the eve of the release of the first release by the Jason Molina-fronted Magnolia Electric Co. (a double-live album which will be available in stores in January 2005), Secretly Canadian is proud to make three classic Songs: Ohia albums available to the public on vinyl for the first time in years. The self-titled debut full-length (1996, Secretly Canadian) is a classic, standing as a beacon shining through the storm for what we call today, in 2004, "new folkies". Out of print on vinyl since mid-1998 (originally released in two pressings of 500), it will come in a stunning triple-gatefold jacket which includes expanded artwork as well as the bonus song which is not on the CD version but was on the vinyl editions. Also being repressed are Songs: Ohia's third album Axxess & Ace (out of print since its release in March 1999) and fourth album The Lioness (2000, Secretly Canadian) - the latter being widely regarded as one of Molina's finest albums.

Finally, a toy my dog hasn’t murdered
If your dog destroys toys like it’s their full-time job, this stick is the boss-level challenge they didn’t see coming. I gave it to my power-chewer (a pit mix with jaws of steel), and after a week of gnawing, tossing, and dramatic tug-of-war battles, it’s still intact. Not even a dent. I think it might be made of space-grade rubber or the same stuff they use in black boxes. It’s got a good weight to it — heavy enough to feel solid, light enough to toss without pulling a shoulder. No squeaker, no fluff, no sad stuffing guts all over the living room. Just pure chewable glory. Pros: • Actually indestructible (or close enough) • Great for aggressive chewers • No squeaker = peace and quiet • Easy to clean and doesn’t smell weird • Doubles as a fetch toy and chew stick Minor feedback: It’s a bit heavy for small dogs, and it doesn’t bounce or squeak — but if your dog’s into serious chewing, they won’t care. Also, don’t drop it on your foot. Trust me. Final thoughts: This toy is the Chuck Norris of dog sticks. If your pup has shredded everything else, give this a shot. It might just survive — and so might your sanity.

Durable
If you have an aggressive chewer this will hold up for about a month. After about a month of daily use my police k9 will get the ends off. Is it completely indestructible no, does it hold up better then any other toy he’s had absolutely. When you have a dog with super high toy drive you understand nothing is indestructible but I will say a month for a toy to last with my dog is great and I accept the fact I just have to buy new toys monthly. For reference my dog will destroy a Kong in about half the time.

GREAT DURABILITY FOR MY XL SUPER CHEWER !
My dog LOVESSSSS this toy. It’s definitely one of her favorites! I have a Pit-Mastiff mix and she loves to chew toys, but her breed also means she’s got an outrageous amount of strength in those jaws, making it hard to find toys that can last without getting torn up super easily. We typically buy Kong “Super Chewer” toys and this has held up better than those! We’ve had it a good few months and it’s super durable. She gnaws on this thing every day for a good bit of time, and it doesn’t have any weak spots, holes, chunks missing, NOTHING, except a few dimples. It’s firm but also has give to it that (I think) really provides a good chewing option. It’s got enough weight and give to it that I can throw it for her and it’ll bounce without flying around crazy like some toys. The toy itself is not super cute, but my dog definitely is when she’s carrying it around everywhere 🥹 My only con is that I wish it came in other colors! I was surprised that she liked it so much because she typically prefers bright colored toys like red/orange/blue/green. It took some time, but once she warmed up to it and realized she could chew as hard as she wanted on it, it was game over from there.

Extremely Durable
This is truely for heavy chewers. Both my bully mixes have chewed through every bone/ball including Kong. They have had these for about 6 months and they are hardly worn. The dogs love chewing on them too. I wish they came in flavors.
