Original "Rapidity-3" Titanium Burr: 45° Seven-Star Core Blade and 70° Prism Titanium Core Blade for superior cutting efficiency and uniform particle distribution across espresso and filter ranges. The titanium construction delivers harder, sharper cutting edges than standard stainless burrs.
72-Point External Digital Adjustment Ring: Outer precision dial with 72-point magnetic alignment. Clockwise adjusts finer; counterclockwise for coarser. Repeatable — note your setting, come back to it next week, pull the same shot.
Full Metal Body: SUS304 stainless steel + aluminum alloy + walnut knob. Zero flex during grinding, premium feel in the hand.
