Jeep Transfer Case Protector has been developed by RS-Ultimate to protect the transfer case, which in the WJ/WG model is fully exposed and vulnerable to damage during off-road and trail driving. The design of the protector allows for quick and easy installation onto the center beam and frame rails. You need to drill 4 holes in the center beam for attaching the front part of the protector, and additionally, insert a flat bar with welded nuts into the frame rail. The entire assembly is bolted using the screws included in the protector kit.
The product features ventilation and drainage holes that allow for air exchange and water drainage. Thanks to the numerous reinforcements and bends in the protector's construction, it is very durable and resistant to any kind of deformation.
Using the RS-Ultimate protector will effectively protect the transfer case from being ripped off or damaged when navigating rough terrain.
The presented product has been manufactured using numerical CNC machines, ensuring the highest quality of production. Additionally, it has been protected with high-quality anti-corrosion powder coating.
