Big Table Farm Chardonnay, Willamette2014 From three different vineyards, one farmed biodynamically and the other two organically. Fermented and aged 100% in neutral wood, 12 15% of which was new. The aromas of this wine have a wonderful freshness and lift and give lots of apple and pear fruit along with a hit of flint which is balanced by a custard richness.
