The Human (ULK1) Serine, Threonine-protein Kinase Ulk1 ELISA Kit measures Serine/Threonine-Protein Kinase Ulk1 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human ULK1 antibody. ULK1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human ULK1 Antibody is added and binds to ULK1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated ULK1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human ULK1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I recently tried the BIODANCE Collagen Peptide Eye Patches and they worked pretty well for my under-eye area. The patches are packed with collagen peptides and feel nice and cooling when you first apply them. After 20–30 minutes, my skin looked a bit plumper and more hydrated, and the fine lines around my eyes appeared softer. The only downside is that they can be a little dry compared to some other eye patches I’ve used. Overall though, I noticed a visible difference in brightness and smoothness after consistent use for a few days. They’re convenient, easy to use, and do deliver on the anti-wrinkle and hydrating claims to a decent degree. If you don’t mind them being on the drier side, I’d recommend giving them a try — especially for targeting smile lines and tired-looking eyes.
