Nước cốt lẩu Haidilao là sự kết hợp hài hòa giữa nhiều gia vị như ớt, sả, nước mắm, đường và đặc biệt là sốt tôm lên men tạo vị chua cay đậm đà, đầy hương thơm. Tất cả các nguyên liệu đều được lựa chọn kĩ càng, chất lượng từ những trái ớt đỏ chín, cây sả, đến sốt tôm. Đặc biệt sản phẩm sử dụng dầu thực vật không biến đổi gen nên đảm bảo an toàn và chất lượng cho người tiêu dùng.
