- An anti-siphon valve (not included) is recommended and may be required for safe operation of the FIMCO hydro indexing valve on a city water installation
- Only use clear PVC cement (not included) and allow the valve 2 hours to set before subjecting it to internal water pressure, do not use fast setting blue glue as it will rapidly deteriorate the ABS plastic used in construction of the indexing valve, purple primer is similar and must be used only on the PVC pipes and not the valve housing
- FIMCO 1 in. 6 zone valve comes with an included 5 zone cam and can be used as either a 6 or 5 zone valve depending on how it is cammed
- FIMCO 1 in. 6 zone valve requries a 3/4 to 1 HP pump 5/8-1 in. city water meter size and a 10 to 24 GPM flow rate
- Great alternative to individual solenoid valves
- 1 valve can replace (6) 1 in. solenoid valves
- 1 above ground FIMCO valve controls all zones eliminating the need to dig into the ground to locate electric solenoid valve boxes
