A sweet Amish romance with lost love letters, a determined matchmaker, and finding love where and when you least expect it.

"Her fingertips brushed against something else in the box of doilies. She lifted a bundle of letters, neatly tied with a thin red ribbon . . ."

Ivy Yoder hasn't heard from John King in over a year. She knows it's time to let go of the idea that they will one day marry, but she's humiliated to be one of the oldest single women in her Amish community of Birch Creek. When quirky Cevilla Schlabach asks her to help clean out an attic, Ivy is grateful for the distraction.

Noah Schlabach isn't from Birch Creek or even Ohio. His job as an auctioneer takes him around the country and away from a typical Amish life, but he still remains devoted to his family. So when his aging aunt asks him to help clean out her attic, he agrees. Plus, who knows what curious items he might find up there?

As Noah and Ivy work side by side, they come across a different kind of treasure: a packet of letters written during the Korean War. Soon they are swept up in the story of two young people falling in love--even as they remain determined not to fall in love themselves.

  • Third book in the Amish Letters series (Written in Love and The Promise of a Letter).
    • The books do not need to be read in order.
    • Part of the larger Birch Creek Amish community with the Amish of Birch Creek series and Amish Brides of Birch Creek series
  • Full-length novel, approximately 75,000 words
  • Sweet, clean Amish romance with happily-ever-after ending
  • Includes discussion questions for book clubs and list of all the author's books by series

Amazing frisbees for dogs!
Pattern Name: Assorted, Size: Pack of 2
These are the best frisbees for dogs. They hold up well but do fade over time if left in the sun. Our border collie mix is an avid frisbee guy and these are his favorite. The float in water well and last for quite a while. He’s not a chewer so I can’t speak to the durability with chewing. I buy a couple every year when his old ones get faded and gross, otherwise we would continue to use these for over a year!

Our dogs adore these!
Pattern Name: Assorted, Size: 9" Pack of 5
We have two large-breed dogs who love retrieving in the water and playing catch in the yard, and these flying discs have been fantastic. They are the perfect size, easy to throw due to their lightweight design, and the vibrant colors make them simple to locate. While they hold up well during play, they are best suited for fetching rather than tug-of-war, as the material can be delicate if pulled too hard. Overall, both we and our dogs absolutely love them!

Fun toy, breaks with rough play
Pattern Name: Assorted, Size: Pack of 2
It's a fun toy and my dog loved it, however he is quite rough so the toy broke at the point where the little plastic loop in the frisbee connects. Good for dogs who are a little more gentle.

Best dog frisbee ever!
Pattern Name: Assorted, Size: Pack of 1
These frisbees are the best. We have had these for several years now they have been through countless catches, tug of war, being peed on (ew), and left out in the blazing sun, freezing cold, snow, ice, and rain. They are faded, yes, but they are perfectly intact without even a loose stitch. The design of them is different from others and the fabric of the frisbee has a slight parachute effect that gives your dog just a tiny bit more time to get those long throws. I would buy them again, but the three we have are still going strong.

So far, so good!
Pattern Name: 3 Large balls, Pattern Name: 3 Large balls
Boomer an 8 yr old male Chesapeake Bay Retriever, 105#. When Boomer isn’t duck hunting, he is all about THE BALL. He chews them apart like I own stock. DAY 1 : I’m impressed with the Mankoda . It’s still in one piece. Barely any show of wear. Boomer is carrying it around like a prize, definitely having “a ball”. Needless to say he is loving it. The bright colors are easy to see in the yard. We haven’t played outside so I can’t comment on the bounce. I got the three pack and I feel it’s a reasonable price. I ordered the large ball because Boomer is a big boy. The ball its self is foamy soft to the touch but very firm . Has no smell at least that I can detect . It has little indents on the surface, I agree (with the info) that it will help rub against my boys teeth (brushing time reduced!). You can see them in the picture (the indents not the teeth). The divots you see are from Boomer. But no real damage. I’ll keep updating for a while.
