Their unique, horizontal deploying motion minimises impact on vehicle clearance height. Neatly stowed under the sills, the side steps automatically deploy as soon as the door is opened, or when activated by the key fob and stow automatically when the door is closed. The deployable side steps are sensitive to obstructions and will not deploy in off road or low range settings.
These smart, practical steps make it easier to get in and out of the vehicle. Their unique, horizontal deploying motion minimises impact on vehicle clearance height. Neatly stowed under the sills, the side steps automatically deploy as soon as the door is opened, or when activated by the key fob and stow automatically when the door is closed. The deployable side steps are sensitive to obstructions and will not deploy in off-road or low range settings. Automatic mode can be overridden to allow access to the roof when the doors are closed. These side steps are Satin Black aluminium step extrusions with a black moulded rubber mat, which is embossed with the iconic chequer design and the 'Defender' logo. Maximum load capacity of 270kg on each side of the vehicle. Kit includes right and left side steps, side step undershields and harness. Available on 110 only. The deployable side steps are compatible with front mudflaps and front classic mudflaps. Not compatible with fixed side steps or side tubes. Works for foot psoraisis

Got these for work (service industry) to reduce issues with psoriasis and blisters while putting on 20k+ steps a day. Over time the wounds healed and I could work without so much pain. I now don't use them all the time like I used to, only when a new lesion or blister appears, too prevent a breakout. Tip: if you're not in full breakout, wear thick socks under these as a barrier to friction.

Work well but run small

They do seem to run a bit small. I bought them for my bf but snagged them from him because I couldn’t resist! I’m about a W8/12 and they were just a little big but unlike others, I just put them on while sleeping and didn’t walk around with them. If you’re just planning on that, they did a great job at sloughing and moisturizing 😎

Good socks they work.

I normally wear size 13&half to 14 men's, and these fit me ok. They sit just below the ankle. They can get a little tight for me so you should look out for that if you are on the thicker side. But they work as advertised and help moisturize your feet. I recommend wearing them if you're going to just be hanging around home for a bit in one spot as they can be a little slippery to walk in if you go fast. Would not recommend going up and down stairs.
