These can be held in-person or online; please make sure to pick the correct option. The beauty of crystal and energy based therapies is that they can be done distanced and don't need to be in-person, though of course many people do like to be here in person.
These healing sessions cover so many aspects of your overall health and are not limited to just one area so you do not have to focus on just one specific thing if you do not wish to; it is often best to treat with the "whole" person in mind. Often, when it comes to symptomatic treatment like we see in western medicine (e.g. pills for a migraine), this overlooks the root cause of the issue and instead focusses on instant relief. Whereas energy healing does not.
This can be done as a standalone session, but can work well as part of a series of sessions so that we can focus on "problem" areas and get to the root of the issue, rather than just treating it with a temporary solution.
As healing practitioners, we create the most optimal environment and conditions to facilitate your own healing by;
- Moving energy around your body as well as unblocking and clearing that energy
- Helping to surface buried trauma so that it can be processed
- Providing support
Ultimately, you are responsible for your own healing; we're just here to be a guide, walk alongside you and hold your hand if you need it.

These healing services focus on personal growth and healing. They will take you through the spiritual, emotional, psychological and the energetic. Example areas you may choose to work on; anxiety; stress; ancestral healing; fertility; blockages (spiritual yes, but also creative etc); spiritual awakening; self-love and cleansing. Currently, only weekend appoints are available to book online. If you require an appointment outside of these hours such as midweek, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Accessibility
Please note that access to the property is up some steps and is not accessible for wheelchairs. If you struggle with steps, please do let me know as you can use the back door. The toilet is located upstairs. For anyone with allergies, we also have a cat who will not be in the room at the time.
