نیا نو آبادیاتی نظام (Neocolonialism) اُس "تہذیبی مشن" کا نیا رنگ روپ ہے جس کا آغاز سولہویں صدی میں ہوا اور جس کے "ثمرات" اٹھارویں صدی میں ملنا شروع ہو ئے. یہ نو آبادکاروں کے قدیمی خواب کی تعبیری صورت ہے کہ آج ہم ایسے ممالک کمزور جمہوریت، آئی ایم ایف، عالمی بینک، یورپی یونین، تجارتی منڈیوں میں قیمتوں کے کنٹرول، عالمی ادارہ تجارت.... کی صورت میں بھگت رہے ہیں.

ان موضوعات کو اردو تنقید کی دنیا میں باقاعدہ متعارف کرانے میں محترم ڈاکٹر ناصر عباس نیر کا اساسی کردار ہے.
استادِ محترم ڈاکٹر محمد آصف نے اپنی نئی کتاب "اقبال اور نیا نو آبادیاتی نظام" میں عالمی طاقتوں کی ان ریشہ دوانیوں کو فکرِ اقبال کے تناظر میں نشان زد کیا ہے.
یہ کتاب تین ابواب میں منقسم ہے. پہلا باب امپریلزم، نو آبادیاتی نظام، نیا نو آبادیاتی نظام کے نظریاتی مباحث پر مشتمل ہے، جس میں اس نظام کی ماہیت، نفسیات اور طریق واردات پر بات کی گئی ہے.
دوسرے باب میں نو آبادیاتی نظام کے تاریخی تناظر کو دیکھا گیا ہے. اسی باب کو دو ذیلی ابواب میں تقسیم کیا گیا ہے جس میں عالمی نوآبادیاتی منظر نامہ اور برصغیر کی نوآبادیاتی صورتحال پر بامعنی گفتگو کی ہے.
اقبال اور نیا نو آبادیاتی نظام اس کتاب کا تیسرا باب ہے جس میں ڈاکٹر صاحب نے افکارِ اقبال کا مطالعہ مابعد نوآبادیاتی سیاق میں کیا گیا ہے.
اس انداز میں مطالعہ اقبال کو اب تک نظر انداز کیا گیا ہے چنانچہ فکرِ اقبال پر اس حوالے سے یہ اپنی نوعیت کے ابتدائی تحقیقی کاموں میں سے ایک ہے.
زیر بحث کتاب سے قبل ڈاکٹر صاحب "اسلامی اور مغربی تہذیب کی کشمکش(فکرِ اقبال کے تناظر میں) کے عنوان سے اپنے مطالعات پیش کر چکے ہیں جو ان کے پی ایچ ڈی کے مقالے کی کتابی صورت ہے. یہ مقالہ انھوں نے استادِ محترم ڈاکٹر انوار احمد کی نگرانی میں لکھا تھا.
ڈاکٹر صاحب کا اختصاص یہ ہے کہ انھوں نے فکرِ اقبال کو "رحمتہ اللہ علیہ کی کھونٹی" پر نہیں لٹکایا بلکہ اقبال کو ایک نئے تناظر میں دیکھا ہے.

That the item smells

Tote bag
The crossbody clamps continuously come off or disattach from the bag. It does not hold a form when set down. Handles are in the way of zipping the bag. The dynamics of this bag just aren't great. The material is scratchy. Overall it's just not a great tote bag.

Good size and carrying options (strap, crossbody). Adequate compartments and hardware. I like the relatively neutral "green" color (there are 3 other options). All color options share the strap pattern; I find it OK but would prefer if the strap were the same color (solid) as the bag itself.

Love the vibrant straps, a cute everyday bag!
This shoulder handbag is a good value for the cost. Made of good quality materials. I especially like the silver rings for attaching the longer strap, and the silky material of the straps themselves is also nice. Inside there are several zippered pockets for your keys, pens, and other items. There is also a pocket for your cellphone. I use this bag for carrying my laptop back and forth to work, and I always feel very stylish when I am wearing it. The size is perfect for carrying a laptop or notebooks and books back and forth or for carrying on luggage on a plane. My one small complaint is the length of the sewn on straps is just slightly too short. I sometimes have to bend my arms more extremely to get them through the longer, sewn-on shoulder strap.

Heavy duty, thick tote bag.
This is a pretty heavy duty canvas bag. It’s a little smaller than it looked in the ad, but it does seem very strong and put together and I think it is waterproof or water resistant so that’s useful. I can definitely see this for shopping or just like out running errands, it’s got two sets of straps are nice. You can wear it multiple ways. The quality is pretty good. Better than a lot of the bags that I’ve been getting these through Amazon.
