+ Once it has completely dried you are done!

Please note this formula does dry down but you must give it time to do so. If you do not wait for it to dry down it will not hold your product in place properly.

-Housed in a squeeze tube.
-This product does dry down however, it needs time to do so. Please be patient whilst applying and wait for it to dry down completely before continuing on with your eye look or the product may not work as intended.
