From the distant provincial city Menaka, she has become a successful artist here in the capitol of Mali. 2017 is Leila Gobi's second album on Clermont Music. It was recorded in Hampathe Bah Studio, on the second floor of a group of buildings off the main road in a suburb of western Bamako. The sessions were intimate. The tracks were laid without effects, clean. Leila wanted to produce an album that brought a new dimension to her music. The problem was how to create this new sound with only the basic tools available in Mali. It is almost impossible for musicians there to find the equipment available to the average westerner. The talent is there, just not the hardware. And electric power failures and poor communications infrastructure interrupt regularly. The final sounds were found in the studio while mixing in the synthesizers and electronic effects. Tracks were mixed and mastered in Bamako, New York, and Los Angeles. Remaining faithful to the underlying roots of the music, 2017 bridges genres. The album forges the origins of trance, beats, and loops with new technology, a fusion of many influences. And across it all, Leila Gobi's unmistakable voice shines through. Personnel: Leila Walet Gobi - vocals; Khalil M. Great resource for new or seasoned STR owners

This book is a must read for new STR business owners but seasoned owners can glean insights as well.
It covers many facets of owning and managing a short term rental that you should be aware of.
Of particular value are the pitfalls to avoid that I see many hosts make. The book also covers many of the management tools and strategies that are necessary to be a successful business owner, and to make it easier in the process. I believe anyone that reads this book will learn something new.

Short term rental starting point
Format: Kindle
Very concise explanation of what you would need to know to determine if you would want to “enter the game” and then help to do the next steps. Many people especially when interest rates were low thought STR would be an easy way to have passive income and long term investment BUT understanding the “game “ is crucial to making good decisions. This book can aide in those situations.

This is a great resource for learning things about your Airbnb listing and how to maximize your success, BUT if you are purchasing this book because you read in the Intro, "Elevate your hosting game with Chatgpt", please know the "free download" link/website shared does NOT exist/no longer works. I do wish I had realized that before purchasing.

Game changer for AirBnB hosting. I've though about this avenue, but there seemed to be so many hurdles, like figuring out the right pricing and making my place stand out. This book was is an excellent guide through it all, with practical tips on everything from interior decor to managing reviews.
