- For respiratory issues, diffuse about 5 drops of Myrrh essential oil at home or work. Mix 2–3 drops of oil with a half teaspoon of coconut oil and apply it topically to your neck, chest, nose & feet.
- For skin-related issues, mix 3-4 drops of Myrrh essential oil with a carrier oil (like Jojoba or Argan) and apply to the affected area.
- For Hair, combine 5-6 drops of Myrrh Essential Oil with 5 Tbsp. Olive or Jojoba Carrier Oil and massage this blend into the scalp. Allow it to soak in for 45 minutes before washing it out with a natural shampoo.

This takes everything you know about superhero comics and flips the script! Jack Xaver, aka Crossjack is exiled from his superhero group, Third Gen, and must go back to his hometown of Farmington, Wisconsin with his tailed tucked between his legs. The town and its people hate Jack for abandoning them, but little do they know about the trouble that's happening right in their backyards. This book, and series, has action, drama, humor, and a cute little puppy named Pepper! Grab this book and you won't be disappointed appointed!

What Can I Say
