「天美 純米吟釀」，無論是麴米還是掛米，均使用山田錦。
而「天美 特別純米」則麴米使用山田錦，掛米使用西都之雫。
西都之雫，是山口縣獨有的酒米，是長州酒造(天美)所在在下関市山間部當地主產的酒米。
除此之外，純米吟釀使用香味濃郁的9號酵母，而特別純米則使用香味平淡的7號酵母。
天美的特點「清新」、「微炭酸」、「乾淨」、「1-2日後味道會更為美味」依然健在，被設計為適合配合料理的酒質。

Runs EXTREMELY small

Ordered a 3X but got a XS…i am a 42-44, got the 3X to have tapered to my fit, but upon opening the pants, it seemed they may be more of a 32-34 and the adjustable straps aren’t really adjustable, they are just buckles sewed in place for design. The 3X tag sewn in is a complete lie! Only giving 1 star because they did have the satin tuxedo stripe on the side!
