Installation and Fleet Maintenance Advice
Note on Package Quantity: The HD 25 split-headband architecture uses two (2) separate pads in total (one for each movable arm). If you are looking to completely refresh a severely worn or missing headband set on a single pair of headphones, ensure you adjust your cart quantity to 2 pieces.
How to Install the Replacement Pad: Peel the old, compressed pad off the plastic headband arch. Use a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol to thoroughly clean away any old, sticky adhesive residue remaining on the plastic track. Once the plastic is completely dry, peel off the protective paper backing from the new 034346 pad, align it carefully within the headband's recessed guide track, and press down firmly along the entire length of the cushion to secure the bond.
