Perfect Fit has developed the first cock ring sizing system designed to fit you without too much pull but with enough restriction to be truly effective. We had to throw-away the sizing system that has become the de facto standard. We determined that we had to make rings that are only 0.1 Inch, 2.5mm apart in sizing to get rings that would fit perfectly. The new rings are called Xact-Fit. Now we make 14 Xact-Fit rings sizes where other manufacturers make only 3 to 5 sizes in this same range. We made them not too stretchy, so the rings are effective, but easier to get on and off than a metal ring. We know you will be surprised at how this sizing makes all the difference. Made of a plush soft touch silicone the Xact-Fit ring is premium quality and incredibly strong. Each Xact-Fit ring is stamped with its size so no more guessing! Stack the rings for additional fun. Good toothpaste. It's a nice light scent/flavor. It's pleasant. My teeth feel fresh after using it. I'm excited to see the changes. I'll post a picture of my before and then I'll update in a few months of my after. I'm so grateful this is a natural product that focuses on replenishing rather than just scratching. I still wish it cost less, I mean 14 bucks for one toothpaste seems like a lot, but it's better than using toothpaste that's laced with poison so whatever. I hope one day they come down on their price. I like that the ingredients are quality.

Repeating negative patterns in your life? Read this book!

I love Cyndi Dale's work and have a number of her books. As a Healing Touch practitioner and Reiki Master I know tons about energy work, chakras, auras, empaths, etc., but again the author took me where I hadn't been before! I am integrating what I've learned from this book into my practice with my clients, and I also use the techniques on myself. For example, I had no idea you could be connected to the land where you were born! I saw where people I know would fall into the personalties (or syndromes) she describes in her book such as the Mule and the Healer. As a student of psychology, I also knew we repeated patterns by our subconscious minds driving us, but I never factored in the additional impact of our energy fields. An excellent book even if you might think you already know it all as a healer.

Love this book!
Format: Paperback
Very helpful for sensitive people (or for anyone, for that matter) who have trouble with establishing themselves as whole individuals. By that, I mean those of us who are sensitive to energy dynamics that others put out and that we feel keenly, and have a hard time dealing with. It gives solid advice on how to set boundaries, how to empower yourself so that you're not as overwhelmed by external energy dynamics, and explains the whole topic well. I recommend this book.
