When you bundle the Libec QH1 fluid head with the T150B legs, BR-6B mid-level spreader, and FP-6B rubber feet, you assemble the exact factory components of the premium Libec QD-10M Heavy-Duty Field Tripod System.

This system package bridges the gap between massive broadcast studio gear and portable field infrastructure. It is optimized for multi-camera outside broadcasts (OB), live events, and heavy cinema rigs that need to deploy quickly on unpredictable terrain.

Component Synergy & Features

1. The Foundation: 4-Bolt Flat Base to 150mm Bowl

The QH1 fluid head natively sports a flat, 4-bolt broadcast base (P.C.D. 111.1mm) built for studio columns. To drop it onto the T150B legs, Libec includes the BL-150 half-ball adapter. This system conversion gives you the structural heft of a studio head combined with the leveling flexibility of a 150mm ball setup for rocky ground or unpaved locations.

2. Heavy-Duty Legs: Libec T150B

Constructed with heavy-walled aluminum pipes and high-torque twist-lock knobs, the 2-stage T150B legs can handle an ultimate structural weight of 100 kg (220.5 lbs). The design completely counteracts rotational twisting, meaning that when an operator is aggressively panning a heavy camera rig, the legs remain firmly anchored without micro-flexing.

3. Positional Bracing: BR-6B Mid-Spreader + FP-6B Rubber Feet

  • BR-6B Telescoping Mid-Level Spreader: Unlike a ground-level spreader that fails when encountering obstacles like curbs, steps, or boulders, the BR-6B braces the legs from their midpoints. Its arms adjust independently, allowing you to narrow or widen the stance when shooting on stairs or hillsides.

  • FP-6B Large Rubber Pads: These heavy-duty feet snap tightly over the dual metal spikes at the bottom of the T150B legs. They protect smooth surfaces (such as polished indoor stages, historical sites, or gym floors) from damage while dampening low-frequency ground vibrations.

Field Operation Pro-Tips:

⚠️ The Center-Tilt Pin Safety Rule: When building or stripping down a heavy cinema or broadcast package approaching 40 kg, always engage the physical Center Tilt Lock mechanical steel pin on the side of the head. Do not rely on standard friction tilt locks during setup. The steel pin mechanically locks the platform dead level at 0 degrees, ensuring your heavy rig won't suddenly dive forward or snap backward when you slide the camera plate.

  • Using the Outer Bowl Threads: The T150B leg casting features six integrated accessory mounting threads (divided into 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 pitches) right around the perimeter of the bowl. This is ideal for mounting articulating arm monitors, script holders, or wireless transmitter brackets directly to the tripod chassis, keeping that extra weight off your fluid head.

Simple and Effective Remote Organization
Color: Black, Size: Small
The Pros: Spacious Design: With five deep pockets, there is plenty of room to store everything from TV and soundbar remotes to reading glasses. Functional and Steady: It sits perfectly on a side table without tipping over. It does exactly what I hoped it would do by keeping all our remotes in one spot. Great Portability: It is lightweight enough to move around easily, which is helpful for keeping things organized while we are on the move. Clean Finish: The material looks professional and blends in well with the furniture without looking like a cheap plastic holder. The Cons: Pocket Depth: One thing to keep in mind is that the pockets are fairly deep. If you have very small remotes, they can slide down a bit far, making them slightly trickier to grab quickly. Bottom Line: This is a straightforward, no-fuss solution if you are tired of losing remotes in the couch cushions. It is well-made, looks good, and simply works. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to declutter their living space.

Nice look, perfect size and great price!
Color: Black, Size: Small
Absolutely perfect for 5 remotes. The bins are deep and very wide. It's a very reasonable price and it's compact size fits in smaller spaces so it doesn't take up a lot of room. Also, you can't beat the price and genuine leather. Good in any room.

My remote caddy
Color: Black, Size: Small
I have so many gadgets that uses remotes, my end table looked awful with remotes everywhere and when I would move something, a remote would fall off the table. It was aggravating but now I have a nice caddy to sit on my table and it holds all of my remotes. It's beautifully designed and was shipped to me very quickly. I think it was in my mailbox within 24 hours. I'm very pleased with the item and the person I purchased it from was quick to get it to me. Thank you.

Sleek and spacious
Color: Black, Size: Small
Perfect for those who have multiple remotes and need a single place to stow them away. Material is leather like, firm and has a texture design. It suits well on a countertop or end table. It is not petite.

Great product
Color: Black, Size: Small
This is great to store multiple remotes in a small footprint clearing up table room. My 6 year old Grandson loves it also keeping remotes in one area. He operates the TV also. We loved it so much we bought a second for another room.
