Description:

The T1S-D03 street twin disc kit is designed to offer exceptional performance and durability for high horsepower street or race use. With twice the number of disc surfaces compared to single-disc kits, it provides improved wear resistance, heat capacity, and longevity. The proprietary Positive Lift Floater System ensures quiet operation without floater rattle or post wear.

ACT twin disc kits undergo an exclusive four-stage heat-treating process on all diaphragms, enhancing their durability and reliability. These kits feature the ability to adjust for disc wear and provide equal disengagement for discs, ensuring consistent performance over time. The performance street rigid-hub discs utilize premium organic materials with a high copper content for efficient heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability.

The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for added strength and durability, and the rivet design and materials are carefully selected for maximum strength and reliability. Each ACT twin disc kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel to ensure trouble-free installation and operation. Additionally, the kit contains a pressure plate, two discs, a floater, flywheel, and alignment tool, with some kits optionally including a pilot bearing and release bearing.
