BICEP/TRICEP TRAINER
The Bicep/Tricep trainer is a perfect dual functioning cable machine suited for space poor facilities or in a circuit environment. Adding a range of cable attachments transform this pin loaded machine in to a multi-station.
Exercise options include but not exclusive to Bicep curl, lat side raise. front raise, rear delt raise, low and high row, upright row, cable squat, cable read lift, ab cable crunches, tricep push down, hammer bicep curl, lat pull down, torso abdominal twist and more.

PULLEYS AND CABLES
The premium grade aluminium alloy pulleys with deep grooves to ensure cables run smoothly so the machine performs at the highest level.
Cables have an impressive 2000 lb tensile strength.
WEIGHT STACKS
Various cast iron stack range with a magnetic selector pin making adjusting the weight stack quick and efficient. The precision drilled weights allow for smooth movement during each rep.
