Noah Howard was an American alto saxophonist and a member of the avant-garde jazz movement of the 1960s and, amongst many influential albums, made the seminal Black Ark album with Arthur Doyle in 1969 (WEAVIL 024CD/LP). This album came about as a result of Justin Wiggan's love of Howard's music. Five years after Howard's death in 2010, Justin was in touch with his wife, Lieve Fransen, and learned that Noah had made a large number of private recordings playing solo on the alto saxophone. Lieve gave Justin access to these recordings and the freedom to develop an album in which he built electronic soundscapes around these solo passages. He then asked Chris Mapp to add bass lines to the foundation. The resulting music has been composed and edited by Wiggan to form this album. Includes download code. Edition of 500.

That jump from M1 MBA to an M5 MBA really does feel like going from a 2-door sedan to a full-on rocket ship. The looks are pretty much the same but it is the upgrade you actually feel in day-to-day use. It's faster, better battery, stays cool and quiet. Also, you get a brighter screen, better speakers, sharper webcam, faster Wi-Fi and longer support.

Gifted this to a sibling who is a student. I cannot imagine more suitable than this laptop. Occasionally used for video editing as well. Perfectly combines power with portability. And most importantly it is reliable, always ready for anything when and wherever you need it. Beautifully crafted, amazing feel of materials, gorgeous screen, and affordable price for this level of quality. Simply a pleasure to use for every kind of task and entertainment. MacOS includes all the necessary tools out of the box, UI is snappy, and although the screen is 60Hz but due to smaller screen size UI feels I would say like 90Hz, i.e. smooth enough, and I am a MacBook Pro user with pro motion display. No fan, no noise, yet it doesn’t get warm with daily tasks. Easy to recommend.
