- Three insulated 316 marine-grade stainless steel wells hold full-size 12 x 20 inch pans.
- Wet operation only; water is required for even heating and consistent serving temperatures.
- Individual infinite controls and power indicator lights let you manage each well independently.
- 1 inch copper manifold drain includes individual well shutoffs and a master manifold shutoff.
- Drop-in design includes gasket and positioning clips and does not require hard-wiring.
- 120V, 3 kW, 25 amps, 1-phase operation with a NEMA 5-50P plug.
