豊香全利用長野縣産酒米來釀製，酒米「しらかば錦」和「ヨネシロ(Yoneshiro)」在其他縣的酒蔵什難入手。釀造用水使來自靠近酒蔵鉢伏山的伏流水。酒米、水也是屬長野縣，現在這酒蔵也非常受注目。
