Pots are presented as evidence in their own right and almost entirely in full page illustrations that show excellent, easily observable detail. This enables readers to reach their own conclusions as well as reading ours.

It was researched from original sources for more than ten years using our mutual and complementary interests of historian and potter. We have also interviewed a number of Fishley family members including former potters as well as collectors, resulting in over 500 pages with illustrations.
