The fixed sleeves are best for static and controlled movements, like in bodybuilding exercises and with bumper plates or rubberized plates they can also be dropped while protecting the handle itself as well as surfaces.

The 50mm sleeve diameter of our Olympic Dumbbell Handle allows for seamless compatibility with a wide range of weight plates, giving you the freedom to build your dumbbell workouts according to your desired intensity. Its 12cm long shaft and 28mm diameter ensure a comfortable grip while having optimal control during your workouts. The knurling adds extra security, preventing slips and enabling you to focus on getting the most out of every repetition.

This barbell uses a black e-coating – harder wearing than black oxide, chrome and zinc, which is corrosion resistant, environmentally friendly and economical. E-Coating is the process of electrically applying a paint finish to metals. The end result is a hard-wearing, durable and safe finish which effectively resists oxidation and corrosion from water, sunlight and household chemicals.

➛Please note: We recommend getting strong collars for keeping the plates tight and safe. TPR collars are the strongest but screw clamp collars and aluminium flip lock collars also provide the security needed for safe use.

Well designed and sturdy. Though not real wood I think they will last. It took me an hour to install the first shelf. That was all on me. I was slow measuring and placing the shelf bracket. I kept dropping the level and doing other crazy things. But the second and third shelves were easy after I learned what I was doing. Even though the screws, etc were provided I used Easy Anchor drywall anchors rated at 50 pounds. Just drill it in the sheet rock then screw the screw through the hole in the bracket until it clicks, (you have to listen). That means the ends of the plastic anchor flips out like a toggle bolt. Continue tightening the screw and that is it. Think I read somewhere that the board wobbles. These were tight as could be and no wobble. I did learn to only "tighten" just one end of the bracket sort of snug and let it hang. Then raise it to level and mark the other holes with a pencil. Don't put the other screws in until you are sure you can see the plastic anchors' holes though the bracket. Then place and tighten all the screws. The only negative I saw was that they could have sent the same or similar anchors that I have. But they didn't call me. Guess they didn't have my number.
