La fermentazione e l'affinamento in acciaio esaltano la naturale aromaticità della malvasia, preservandone l’ottima freschezza gustativa.
Si abbina ad antipasti e primi di pesce, anche in salsa. Può essere accostato egregiamente a frittate e piatti vegetariani.

I like the color. Not too white, more of a natural shade.
