What a man, deze Macho Man! Deze krachtpatser uit de streek van Murcia is verbluffend lekker. Deze 100% mediteraanse wijn is elegant, fijn, lekker fruitig en complex in de mond. Zijdezachte afdronk. MMM is de perfecte wijn om met je vrienden te genieten! Kruidige aroma's zoals tijm, rozemarijn, basilicum en munt maken deze wijn fris en elegant.

Deze gespierde en krachtige rode wijn wordt gemaakt van de Monastrell-druif, die in Frankrijk Mourvèdre heet. Het is een kleine druif met een vrij dikke schil. De wijnen hiervan zijn heel apart: ze zijn vol, krachtig en hebben een duidelijk bouquet. Met name de geur is opmerkelijk en wordt vaak beschreven met vlees, wild of leer. Ter compensatie zijn er prettige fruitaroma’s, zoals die van donkere bramen. En door de vergisting van vier maanden op eikenhouten vaten is er ook een duidelijke toets van cederhout en lichte vanille waar te nemen.

Probeer de Machoman met kruidig lamsvlees, tajines met lamsvlees, rood gekruid vlees of ook bij een lekkere bbq is dit een topper van formaat!
