Per ottenere questo elegante e raffinato pinot noir, l'uva viene raccolta manualmente, per poi fermentare in acciaio per circa due settimane; in seguito avviene una seconda fermentazione in botti di rovere. Successivamente, affina in botte per 16-19 mesi.
Ottimo per accompagnare carni bianche e rosse arrosto, si abbina con formaggi a pasta molle come Reblochon, Brie de Meaux o Brillat-Savarin.
