Het Steel Cucine Ascot 90 cm gasfornuis (AP9F-4M) is een perfect voorbeeld van tijdloze elegantie gecombineerd met moderne kooktechniek. De Ascot-serie staat bekend om haar klassieke uitstraling, geïnspireerd op traditionele Engelse fornuizen, maar onder het stijlvolle front schuilt een krachtig en uiterst veelzijdig fornuis voor de veeleisende thuiskok.

Elk Ascot-fornuis wordt met de hand vervaardigd in Italië door de vakmensen van Steel Cucine. Dit familiebedrijf produceert al sinds 1922 hoogwaardige keukenapparatuur en staat wereldwijd bekend om zijn compromisloze kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en afwerking.

Het fornuis is leverbaar in diverse kleuren en afwerkingen, met inox als tijdloze basis, eventueel gecombineerd met chromen details.

Professioneel koken op gas

De Ascot 90 AP9F-4M is uitgerust met een professionele gaskookplaat met krachtige messing branders en zware gietijzeren pandragers. Deze combinatie zorgt voor optimale warmteverdeling, maximale stabiliteit en volledige controle over het kookproces.

Of je nu zacht wilt sudderen of krachtig wilt bakken, dit fornuis biedt de precisie en betrouwbaarheid die je van een professioneel gasfornuis mag verwachten.

Dubbele oven – maximale flexibiliteit

Dit 90 cm fornuis beschikt over twee afzonderlijke elektrische ovens met een inhoud van 70 en 39 liter. Beide ovens hebben een eigen temperatuurregeling en functies, waardoor je gelijktijdig meerdere gerechten kunt bereiden.

Met een maximale oventemperatuur van 265 °C zijn de ovens geschikt voor bakken, braden, grillen en het bereiden van ambachtelijke gerechten.
