Display premium cuts of steak, seafood, and other meats with the Traulsen Specification Line TD078HT-1 all stainless steel 78" seafood display case with casters. Ideal for use in grocery stores and delis, this mobile deli case lets you create a temporary, mobile refrigerated display setup that is easy to set up, clean up, and move!

This unit features a display well which runs the length of the unit, letting you show your products on ice for a crisp, clean presentation. Included, adjustable dividers allow you to divide the well into several sections for different products, and an included drain valve funnels water runoff as needed. To give your customers a crystal clear view of the case's contents, it also comes with a 4-piece canopy over the pan well.

The interior can hold ten 18" x 26" pans in the refrigerated bottom storage section, allowing you to keep extra food close at hand for easy loading. It is also easy to clean; just remove the ice pans, air baffles, and fan blades, and the entire unit can be hosed out.

Innovative INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor controls for each section give you access to a 3-digit LED Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature display and an RS485 data port. For maximum food safety, an alarm alerts your staff of high/low temperatures, evaporator coil and discharge line sensor failures, and when it is time to clean the condenser.

A 3/4 hp compressor, environmentally-friendly R-404A refrigerant, and 2" thick insulation help to maintain consistent internal temperatures.

IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
